Our employee retention rate is one of the best in the area, as we provide a supportive and rewarding environment, and benefits program. Each team serves the same customers, establishing a rapport, encouraging loyal, friendly service. There are two or three mature, experienced cleaners on each team led by an English speaking supervisor. We do not overwhelm the customers and staff with large teams. We carefully sift our Aces from reputable organizations such as the Spanish Catholic Center. We then screen legal applicants, and train new employees for optimum performance. We continue with training updates for all employees.
